LOS ANGELES (CNS) — Los Angeles County residents can begin applying for a guaranteed income program on March 31, the county announced Friday.
The "Breathe: LA County’s Guaranteed Income Program" will give 1,000 qualified residents $1,000 a month for three years. After meeting the qualifications, recipients will be selected at random.
