Is a guaranteed income program right for Washington? Lawmakers are considering it

Washington State Capitol Guaranteed Basic Income could become a reality in Washington state. State lawmakers have introduced a bill that would provide monthly cash payments to people who are low income, with no strings attached, that would last for up to 3 years.
