I would like to see Palm Springs’ proposed guaranteed income pilot program include Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) living in Palm Springs.

Like transgender people, Black, Indigenous and People of Color are also identified as particularly vulnerable to unemployment, homelessness, assault, and discrimination.
