A few years ago there was a big movement that erupted seemingly out of nowhere. It was called the #MeToo movement and it focused on the sexual abuses of powerful men and their female employees. It took down some huge names like Matt Lauer, Harvey Weinstein, Mario Batali, Louis C.K. and Bill O’Reilly. Those were just the famous men we have heard of. There were countless other cases in corporate America that never made the news. Regular women would tell stories of feeling uncomfortable, touched or attacked by men.
