What everyone might receive as Wales considers a Universal Basic Income scheme

Not surprisingly, the idea of a Universal Basic Income (UBI) in Wales has been largely welcomed by the Welsh public.

This spring the concept will be put to the test, guaranteeing a set income to about 250 care leavers regardless of their means.
