The reason they still stay is because it is more profitable to stay than move. This idea of a UBI removes a lot of the profit putting more pressure on businesses to move.

We could get caught up in the minutiae of why a company stays despite high taxes now, how much have they already offshored and outsourced, or insourced. Or just keep it real simple like that video did and look at it in terms of incentive.
