STOCKTON — A $680,000 grant has been awarded to two researchers as they evaluate the impact of the first city-led guaranteed income pilot program.
A duo of faculty researchers from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and the University of Pennsylvania were given a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Evidence for Action grant. Stacia Martin-West is an assistant professor at UT’s College of Social Work and Amy Castro Baker is an assistant professor at the School of Social Policy and Practice at Penn.
