Berlin (dpa / bb) – Ulrike Gehn looks satisfied. The 33-year-old has been working for the small Berlin company Kopf, Hand + Fuß gGmbH for a year, which advises companies on inclusion and runs a shared coworking space for people with and without disabilities.
Gehn organizes appointments and workshops, introduces employers to the topic of inclusion, collects money for new projects through donation campaigns. She coordinates with her team in video conferences, but also regularly exchanges the home office for her office.
