Paterson Press PATERSON — City officials are struggling to contact about 25 people who were picked to receive debit cards worth $400 per month in Mayor Andre Sayegh’s guaranteed income experiment.
Officials said 4,025 Paterson residents submitted applications in April for the monthly no-strings-attached payments and the University of Pennsylvania then conducted a lottery last month to select 110 recipients.
