RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – Uruguay experienced this Thursday its second general strike against the Executive of Luis Lacalle Pou in a “positive” day, according to the trade union central PIT-CNT, with normal activity in a good part of the economic life and questioned by the ruling party which saw it as an excuse for the collection of signatures against a law which is intended to be put to a referendum.
