Some of the biggest names in Silicon Valley are working on an extremely ambitious project aimed at distributing cryptocurrency as a form of global basic income, and biometric technology will play a key role in that.
The effort was revealed in a round-up from Bloomberg that has practically become a soft launch of sorts, with project sponsors and supporters not yet ready for a formal announcement.
