I’m technically Gen Z and I got into healthcare. I have a two year degree and my fiancé never finished college. My fiancé is a millennial and he is into maintenance work. We just bought a house together and honestly I want to switch my field sometimes but now that I’m a real adult with bills it’s not so easy!
I’d say the biggest advice is to minimize student loans, then you’ll have a lot more wiggle room on whatever job they end up in.
