Mabon ap Gwynfor is backing trials of a universal basic income scheme A Universal Basic Income scheme to be trialled by the Welsh Government has been backed by Dwyfor Meirionnydd MS, Mabon ap Gwynfor.
The scheme, means adults, regardless of their means, will receive a regular sum of money to cover the basic cost of living.
