600 families will soon start to see stimulus UBI payments worth $500 per month in Oakland, California. This will happen with a program called Oakland Resilient Families, a guaranteed income pilot program in the city.
Guaranteed income programs are also known as UBI programs and work similarly to stimulus payments.
