From Tuesday August 1st, the rules on basic income will change substantially, and starting last Friday many of the current recipients have begun to receive text messages from INPS informing them that they will stop receiving the subsidy: they are the ones that the government considers able to work, who from August will be able to receive a smaller subsidy for another year, provided they attend training courses for the job.
