The City of St. Louis, Missouri through the Office of the Mayor and the Office of the Treasurer are partnering with FORWARD to administer a Guaranteed Basic Income (GBI) pilot program for qualified residents.
Recipients will receive a $500 monthly stipend for up to 18 months total.
