People’s confidence in retirement saving is returning to pre-pandemic levels in part due to stronger wages, according to the Employee Benefits Research Institute’s 2024 Retirement Confidence Survey .
According to the institute’s annual report, 68% of workers and 74% of retirees are confident they will have enough money to live comfortably throughout retirement, a slight increase from last year, when the figures were 64% for workers and 73% for retirees.
