The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) has ordered Origen Financial Services to pay a client compensation following an allegation he was incorrectly advised.
Mr P complained he was "incorrectly advised" by Origen regarding his pension policies. He said he was not warned about the lifetime allowance (LTA) reduction in the future, or that he could apply for future protections.
