An update on Stockton, California’s Universal Basic Income experiment

There is an economic theory we need to remember. The theory says that if government took all the property and assets of everyone, then divided it evenly among everyone—rich, poor, skilled and unskilled, after a period of time the rich would again be rich and the poor will again be poor. This story proves that point. Some do-gooders have decided to give $500 a month to the poor—to be used anyway they want. Is the money used to better themselves, stay away from eviction, saving for future needs?
