I base this with the U.S. and may or may not apply to other countries.
This is the flaw. Top 4 industries are transportation, office work, food service, and retail. Collectively they make up nearly 40% of the workforce. The overall educational attainment rate shows that about an average of 30% of the population has obtained a bachelor’s degree or higher. Computer Science degrees only make up a fraction of this.
