Dear Barb,
How successful would a basic income to the poor be? Has any state tried it before? Wouldn’t it create dependency and continued unemployment? I work hard and made a good life, making good decisions so why fund others who are gamblers or dreamers? They dug the hole themselves, why should I help by paying with my taxes?
