The Senedd Commission has found that the Welsh government needs to expand on proposed Basic Income (UBI) pilots.
In the report, Welsh UBI pilot The Petition Commission has concluded that the current plans for certified care workers are “benefits”, but broader trials allow policy makers to learn more about the implications of UBI.
