New Delhi, Mar 8 () On the International Women ‘s Day, industry body Assocham advocated for introduction of universal basic income for women, saying it can lead to a significant transformation in India’s socio-economic landscape.

IANS New Delhi, March 8 (IANS) Implementation of a Universal Basic Income (UBI) exclusively for women can bring about significant transformation in the country’s socio-economic landscape, an apex industry lobby said on Wednesday.
