SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – The City of Shreveport will open the application process for the Shreveport Universal Basic Income (UBI) Program on Monday, Jan. 10.
The pilot program is a joint effort between the City of Shreveport, Parish of Caddo and United Way of Northwest Louisiana.
The application period will last from 8 a.m. on Jan. 10 through 11:59 p.m. on Jan. 17.
