California and Noida-based Eightfold.ai, a talent intelligence platform, will be hiring nearly 300 techies across the globe, and some from India too. The company is looking forward to increasing its workforce from 200 employees to 500 employees by the end of this year.
The five-year old startup, backed by SoftBank, which currently employs 80-100 people in India, uses artificial intelligence (AI) to filter thousands of resumes and help its client recruiters to find suitable candidates.
