MORE money is headed into the pockets of thousands of people who live in Chicago.
In October, the Chicago City Council approved a multi-million dollar budget which includes $35million earmarked for 5,000 households in the Windy City. More money will be going into the pockets of some people in Chicago This makes it the largest basic-income pilot program in the US.
