Earlier this summer season, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken outlined his international coverage technique of “home renewal,” aimed immediately at arming the US to compete with China. The technique, articulated in an August 9 speech on the College of Maryland, targeted predominantly on rising infrastructure funding at house, reflecting the potential international coverage advantages of the bipartisan infrastructure bill Congress passed last week .
