(SBG) WASHINGTON (SBG) – Should more of your tax dollars pay for your neighbor’s food or electricity? A number of cities are trying out giving people cash to live – like in Stockton, California, one of the first cities in America to give people a universal basic income when former Stockton Mayor Michael Tubbs launched the program in 2019.
