Two-thirds of Australians with guaranteed income streams are proactively retiring with fewer worries and are doing so to enjoy their twilight years, contrary to popular belief, a new study reveals.
Research from Macquarie University’s School of Psychological Sciences and Challenger surveyed about 1000 Australians aged over 60 and found that sentiment in the lead up to retiring has shifted.
