Nilov believes that an unconditional basic income will negatively affect the economy

A payment from the state in the form of an unconditional basic income could lead to higher inflation and an even greater increase in unemployment in the country, said Yaroslav Nilov, chairman of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans Affairs.
