Chris Hughes is a writer, activist, and co-founder of Facebook. He currently serves as a co-chair of the Economic Security Project, which advocates for the establishment of a guaranteed minimum income for Americans. The organization is now working with Mayor Michael Tubbs on the Stockton Economic Empowerment Demonstration (SEED) to provide a guaranteed income to selected residents of Stockton, California.
