Premier Kathleen Wynne is in Hamilton Monday morning making an announcement at 9 a.m. Single people will receive up to $16,989 per year, less 50 per cent of any income they earn. That will include 1,000 people from the Hamilton, Brantford and Brant regions. Another pilot project will start in Lindsay in the fall. People with disabilities will receive up to an additional $6,000 per year.
