Pomona city leaders this week considered amendments to the $45 million proposal to be received through the federal US rescue plan.
After the city council met for a study session in August, it gave instructions on how and where federal dollars should be spent. The city received $22.7 million in May, with the other half, of equal payments, expected to be distributed in May 2022.
