Recipients of the Social Security Administration’s Supplemental Security Income program received a second payment in June on Friday, which is worth up to $914 for individual filers.
The payment is the second of two checks for the month of June. It will take the place of July’s payment because of a kink in the Social Security Administration’s calendar. The initial payment was sent on June first.
