The application period for a guaranteed income program that will provide monthly payments of $1,000 for two years in Los Angeles County is set to close Monday evening.
The program, known as Breathe , will select 200 applicants who are former foster children to receive the payments over two years. The application period opened on June 20 and will close on July 3 at 11:59 p.m., according to the program’s webpage .
