Los Angeles County will open applications for its guaranteed income program in 11 days. The program will send monthly payments of $1,000 for two years.
The program, titled Breathe , will select 200 applicants who are former foster children to receive these payments over the course of two years. The application will open on June 20, and it will close on July 3 at 11:59 p.m.
