In three days, Los Angeles County will open applications for a guaranteed income program that will send monthly payments of $1,000 for two years.
The program, titled Breathe , will select 200 applicants who are former foster children to receive these payments over the course of two years. The application will open on the morning of June 20 and will close on July 3 at 11:59 p.m.
