Nearly one million (990,000) pre-retirees aged over 55 are considering annuities for the first time in preparation for their retirement, research from Legal & General Retail has revealed.

It seems like a substantial amount of longtermists are on board with the idea that Universal Basic Income (UBI) could be the logical foundation for human civilization. By logical foundation, I mean the optimal safety net and stabilizing force underpinning a successful capitalist economic system long term.
