Money Flickr user 401(k) 2012 Universal Basic Income has become a national talking point, thanks in no small part to the unexpected rise of presidential candidate Andrew Yang . I’ve been reading reactions to basic income and talking with folks around the country, and there’s still a great deal of confusion about what it can do and if America should adopt it as a federal policy.
