I’m telling you when you hand people a check and say "here’s money, figure it out!" the chronic unemployed will do what I showed in the news article. That is the result plain and simple. The people who work jobs now are the working poor and can barely afford living in big cities with multiple room mates, living a large commute from their jobs and taking transit. The current system in place isn’t working and research is needed to see what requirements are needed to make this successful.
