A pilot guaranteed income program launched in St. Paul during the COVID-19 pandemic increased household financial stability and improved recipients’ overall well-being, a new study shows.
St. Paul’s People’s Prosperity Pilot (PPP) launched in October 2020 with the hope of studying the impact of guaranteed income.
