Five Star Movement’s political leader and deputy prime minister Luigi Di Maio replied with a snub to Fitch Ratings’ decision to change the outlook on Italian debt from “stable” to “negative”.
Speaking at a conference on the Tuscan coast, Mr Di Maio pledged to carry on with the reforms promised by his party earlier this year during the electoral campaign.
