Many brilliant people, from Elon Musk to the prime minister of Finland, are talking these days about the idea of a mainstream policy – a universal basic income. The idea of money for nothing, aimed to lift people out of poverty is very popular at this moment, with the tech elite being most enthusiastic supporters.
