NAIROBI , Kenya – It’s estimated that over 300 million people could be jobless due to the Artificial Intelligence [AI] high wave of growth rate. This is according to a new report by Goldman Sachs economists.
These findings which were released earlier this week suggest that 18% of work globally could be computerized, with the effects felt more deeply in advanced economies than emerging markets. That’s partly because white-collar workers are seen to be more at risk than manual labourers.
