Basic income would not reduce people’s willingness to work

GBI operates like this: Working for others becomes disincentivized, while working for your self becomes incentivized. There is a lag time of "soul searching" that takes place when switching from the former to the latter, as people decide what they want to do and how they want to do it. It’s like forcing everyone to be an owner instead of a worker, the scale of consortium will just expand as owners recruit each other to accomplish goals instead of recruiting workers. The owners become the new working class as they endeavor to automate any repetitive manual tasks.
