Those who can’t afford incontinence products on their own are often isolated at home – which contributes to other health issues. Ontario takes pride in its commitment to social welfare, yet a critical issue remains largely unnoticed: the disconnect between provincial and federal social supports when it comes to the dignity of older adults.
