She says that basic income is money provided to people without condition 2 . There needs to be no requirement for working a certain number of hours and you must be free to decide how to use your time while receiving income. A LAWMAKER is batting for a Universal Basic Income (UBI) system as part of the proposed third economic stimulus fund, with those with higher income to be taxed more to help fund this component.

In a statement on Friday, Albay 2nd District Representative Jose Ma. Clemente S.
