Our labor market is changing radically, worldwide. Robots and artificial intelligence will soon take on a great deal of the work people do today. Many are afraid of the working-time reduction that results. But there is also a big chance in it: if we have to work less, freedom is created. We can pursue activities that are not rewarded today: caring for children, caring for parents, volunteering.
