France should not drop basic income idea based on Finland experiment [Q+A]

Matthew Henry A Finnish experiment with basic income has come to an end, and results are not good for employment. But a French economist argues that employment should not be the goal of a basic income, which should instead be a tool to address inequality, an issue that has been put in the spotlight in France by the Yellow vest protest movement.
