I Don’t believe that there has been a significant enough study or trial done to really answer this question. Some limited trials around the world have shown mixed results. From the information I have found, my conclusions would boil down to common sense in a lot of cases.
A UBI would have most benefit in areas of high poverty and with very low incomes currently. The UBI would support families and ensure children could remain in education instead of having to work in child labour conditions.
